His area of expertise is in building and executing customer engagement, customer experience and customer centricity solutions for organizations. His strength to connect seemingly unrelated dots helps in creating unique solutions to complex customer pain challenges.
He is one of the pioneers in India in the areas of Data Analytics and Customer Experience and he is one of the individual founder members of CXPA, a global body of Customer Experience Professionals. He works with Fortune 500 companies who are some of the largest brands in Asia and globally.
He currently heads the Customer Consulting practice at Terragni Consulting, a People & Customer engagement strategy organization.The Terragni team’s work earned them the Best Customer Strategy award at Customer Fest Singapore and has Terragni nominated in the 25 most promising consulting companies in India.
He is also a certified Micro-Expressions Expert and Neuroscience Performance Coach. His doctoral thesis is in the area of Decision sciences and Customer Engagement. His academic career includes serving as a Consulting Professor of Strategy and Insights at the Symbiosis International University, one of India’s leading universities. He is the current India Chair of the NMSBA and a member of the NMSBA editorial board. He also loves reading all sorts of books, traveling ,yoga and running and is an avid single malt buff.
